I am counsel for Geoffrey N. Clymer and Galen R. Clymer, in their capacity as the Co- ~
Executors designated in the Last Will of their late mother, the above-referenced decedent. In
accordance with the authorization set forth in Section 3154(a)(2) of the Pennsylvania Probate, Estates
and Fiduciaries Code, I request that you issue a commission to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Citrus County, in Inverness, Florida, so that Galen R. Clymer may execute his fiduciary oath there.
The Clerk of the Circuit Court of Citrus County is Betty Strifler. Her office is located at 110
N. Apopka Avenue, Inverness, FL 34450. Her phone number is (352) 341-6400. We understand
there is also a satellite office in Crystal River, Florida, which is the town where Mr. Clymer lives.
