DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WII.LS
AND NOW, this 5th day of February, 2010, upon consideration of the Petition for Grant of Letters filed by
Marianne White, for the above decedent and the instrument offered for probate as the Last Will and Testament,
which is dated October 26, 1982, and containing certain modifications and obliterations thereon, the Register of
Wills having given consideration thereto, has made an official determination regarding those modifications and
obliterations and renders the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that the instrument be admitted to probate as The Last Will and Testament of Flora B.
Grant including the following interlineations and obliterations.
1. The obliteration of the word "Harrisburg" appearing on the first line of page 1 and the modification by the
handwritten interlineation of the word "Enola".
2. The obliteration of the names, "Marianne Cochran" and "Linda Sue Cochran" appearing in section
THIRD.
3. The obliteration of the prefix "Co" appearing twice in section THIRD.
4. The modification of section THIRD by the handwritten interlineation of the name "John J. Fabian, Jr."
5. The two handwritten-numbered statements at bottom of the first page.
6. The handwritten statement appearing after the Testator's signature on the second page, as it is signed and
dated by the Testator.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that upon consideration of the Renunciations of John J. Fabian, Jr. and
Linda Sue Kuharic, formerly Linda Sue Cochran, Letters of Administratioin c.t.a. are hereby issued to Marianne
White. Marianne White shall have all the rights and duties of fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall
proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
