MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES
North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
1
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners of the property against which
this claim is filed are Sherri Kuhn and Harry B. Kuhn, 2375 Walnut Bottom Road, Carlisle, PA
17015.

A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 154 Pennsylvania Avenue, Carlisle, PA 17015.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.

The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the amount of
$303.46, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the sum of Ninety-Two Thousand and 00/100 Dollars
($92,000.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof Is herby acknowledged, the said grantors do hereby
grant and convey to the said grantee,
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land with the Improvements thereon erected situate in North Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the southern side of Pennsylvania Avenue (formerly North Wynwood
Drive), said Iron pin being at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 7 and 8 In the hereinafter mentioned
Plan of Lots; thence in an easterly direction along the said southern side of Pennsylvania Avenue, a
distance of 100 feet to an Iron pin at the western line of the tract of Thomas P. Knight and Mary Lamar
Knight, his wife; thence South 11 degrees 45 minutes West along said western line of biW of Thomas P.
Knight and Mary Lamar Knight, his wife, a distance of 156.2 feet to an iron pin on the northern side of an
alley; thence In a westerly direction along said northern side of said alley, a distance of 100.1 feet to an
iron pin; thence North 11 degrees 45 minutes East along the eastern line of said Lot No. 7, a distance of
1601 feet to an iron pin, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING a part of Lot No. 8 In the Plan of Lots known as Valley View No. 2, said Plan of Lots being
recorded in the Reowder's Office, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Plan Book No. 4, Page 62. Subject to the
building restrictions and covenants as set forth in said Plot Plan.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to covenants, conditions, reservations, restrictions, easements and right of ways
of record.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Leiper P. Read, Jr., Executor of the Estate of Ella B. Read, and
Leiper P. Reed, Jr., Mary Lamar Knight and Louisa Read Bushey, by their Deed dated September 21,
1985 and recorded October 21, 1985 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, In Deed Book 31-N, Page 1086, granted and conveyed unto Mary Lamar Knight
and Thomas P. Knight, husband and wife.

conveyed.
