MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES
North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its
claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as
follows:
STATEMENT OF CLAIM
The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal
authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and
organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township.

The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners of the property against which
this claim is filed is Eric Swidler, 845 Hamilton Street, Carlisle, PA 17013.
A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as
Exhibit "A" with an address of 728 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA 17013.

The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act
of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq.
The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the amount of
$336.33, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter.

Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full.

THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED is made as of the 26th day of April, 1995, by and
between U.S. TRUST COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, N.A., the trustee of THE SOUTHLAND
EMPLOYEES' TRUST under Trost Agreement dated November 15, 1991, as amended and
restated from time to time, the original of which is deposited in the offices of The Southland
Corponstion, 2711 North Haskell Avenue, Dallas, Texas, 75204-2906 (hereinafter called
"Grantor") and ERIC J. SWIDLER with an address at $45 Hamilton Street, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania 17013 (hereinafter called "Grantee'.
WITNESSTH, that Grantor for and in consideration of the sum the sum of One Hundred
Thirty Thousand Dollars ($130,000.00) and other good and valuable consideration, lawful
money of the United States of America, unto it well and truly paid by Grantee, at or before the
delivery hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged;
HAS granted, bargained and sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released and confirmed, and by
these presents doth grant, bargain and sell, alien, enfeoff, release and confirm unto Grantee, his
heirs, successors and assigns, all that certain tract of land located in North Middletown
Township, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more particularly
described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein (the "Property");
SUBJECTTO current taxes and assessments not yet delinquent and taxes and
assessments for subsequent years; covenants, restrictions, reservations, rights, rights-of--way and
easements of record; zoning ordinances or statutes and building, use and occupancy restrictions
of public record; and any encroachments;
TOGETHER with all and singular the building and improvements, ways, streets, alleys,
passages, waters, water-courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances,
whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders,
rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and
demand whatsoever of Grantor, its successors and assigns in law as in equity, or otherwise
howsoever, of, in and to the same and every part thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Property hereby granted or mentioned and intended so
to be, with the appurtenances, unto Grantee, his heirs, successors and assigns, to and for the
proper use and behoof of Grantee, his heirs, successors and assigns, forever.
AND GRANTOR, for itself and its successors and assigns, does by these presents,
covenant, grant and agree, to and with Grantee, his heirs, successors and assigns, all and singular
the Property herein above-described and granted, or mentioned and intended so to be, with the
appurtenances, and Grantor shall and will SPECIALLY WARRANT and forever DEFEND the
Property against all and every person or persons whomsoever lawfully, claiming or to claim the
some or any part thereof, by, through or under it, but no others.

All those Two Certain tracts of land Situate in North Middletown Township Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania bounded and described as follows:
TRACT NUMBER l: BEING Lot No. 676, Section A, on a Plan of Lots laid out by
Oakland Manor Realty Co. and recorded in Plan Book No. 2 page 54 Cumberland County
Recorder's Office, having a frontage of 60 feet on the Harrisburg Road, a depth of 250
feet. Being a part of a larger tract of land conveyed to the Oakland Manor Really Co. by
Henderson Estate,
TRACT NUMBER 2: On the South by the state highway leading from Carlisle to
Harrisburg, on the West by lands of Jane Sensemann Papa and on the North and East by
land formerly of Oakland Manor Realty Co. having 60 feet in front on said highway and
extending at an even width 250 feet in depth. It being Lot No. 677 in Section A,
according to Plan of Lots Said out and adopted by said Oakland Manor Realty Co. which
plan is recorded in said County of Cumberland in Plan Book No. 2, page 54.
