NORTH MIDDLETON AUTHORITY : IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS Plaintiff CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA V. :2010 - 91// MLD ALMEDIN SALKIC, Defendant ; MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER SERVICES North Middleton Authority, North Middleton Township, County of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by its solicitor, Martson Deardorff Williams Otto Gilroy & Faller, hereby files its claim for sewer services against the real estate hereinafter described and sets forth its claim as follows: STATEMENT OF CLAIM The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is North Middleton Authority, a municipal authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, located in the County of Cumberland and organized pursuant to ordinances of North Middleton Township. 2 The name or names of owner or owners or reputed owner or owners of the property against which this claim is filed is Almedin Salkic, 537 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA 17013. A description of the property against which this Lien is filed is attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "A" with an address of 1408 Bradley Drive, L-214, Carlisle, PA 17013. 4 The authorities under and by virtue of which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims and Liens Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, as amended and supplemented, 53 P.S. 7101 et seq. The lien is claimed for unpaid sewer user fees against the above-described property in the amount of $858.23, plus any additional fees incurred thereafter. 6 Interest is claimed on the above-mentioned fees until paid in full. ELLIS now by marriage DORENE G. WILSON and RONALD J. THE GRANTEE, for and on behalf of the Grantee and his heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, by the acceptance; of this deed covenants and agrees to pay for such charges for the maintenance of, repairs to, `rtplacement of and expenses in connection with the common elements as may be assessed from time to time by the Council in accordance with the Unit Property Act of Pennsylvania, as amended, and further covenants and agrees that the Unit conveyed by this deed shall be subject to a charge for all amounts so assessed and that, except insofar as Sections 705 and 706 of said Unit Property Act may relieve a subsequent unit owner of liability for prior unpaid assessments, this covenant shall run with and bind the land or unit hereby conveyed and all subsequent owners thereof. UNDER AND SUBJECT to all agreements, conditions, easements and restrictions of record and to the provisions, easements, covenants and restrictions as contained in the Declaration of Condominium, Code of Regulations and Declaration Plan, as amended. BEING the same premises which the Estate of Mary Arlene Rheem, granted and conveyed to Dorene G. Ellis, now by marriage, Doran G. Wilson, grantor herein, by deed dated November 21, 2001, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Deed Book 249, Page 1544. RONALD L WILSON joins in this conveyance to transfer any right, title or interest he may have in the subject property by virtue of his marriage to DORENE G. WILSON.
