V i This Petition is filed to request amendment to the Probate and Grant of Letters Testamentary to Petitioner/Executrix, Deborah S. Hoover in order correct the name of the estate: 1. Bettie L. Snell, who resided at 1264 Summit View Court, New Cumberland, Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania died September 24, 2009 having left her Last Will and Testament dated September 10, 2009. 2. The Last Will and Testament of Bettie L. Snell, Deceased was duly admitted to probate by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County at the above File Number on December 29, 2009 under the name Bettie S. Snell, Deceased. 3. The Petition For Probate and Grant of Letters Testamentary filed with the Register of Wills of Cumberland County on December 29, 2009 by Petitioner incorrectly identified the decedent as Bettie S. Snell, Deceased. 4. Deborah S. Hoover has been duly appointed as Executrix of the captioned Estate. 5. Petitioner/Executirx desires to correct the name of the Estate from Bettie S. Snell, Deceased to Bettie L. Snell, Deceased. WHEREFORE, Petitioner/Executrix requests that this Petition to Amend Probate and Grant of Letters Testamentary be approved.
