p,ND NOW, this 8th day of February, 2010, the
Petitioner's request for interim accounting is rendered moot as
a result of the accounting provided at the end of 2009.
Provided, however, that the Executor is directed to provide
statements to Petitioner's counsel with regard to legal fees
incurred in connection with the matter heard before Judge Ebert.
Petitioner may then, if she chooses, request the Executor be
surcharged if it is determined said action was frivolous.
