COMES NOW, Mel Sipe, as Owner of Sipe Construction, acting as a contractor which has
provided labor and materials for the alteration, repair, erection or construction of property
located at and described as and would state as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN house and lot of ground with the improvements
thereon erected situate in the First Ward of the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to
wit:
ON the Northwest by North Hanover Street; ON the Northeast by Lot
now or formerly of John Vance; on the Southeast by a 16 foot alley; and
on the Southwest by Lot now or formerly of Lester Milligan. C7
CONTAINING in front on North Hanover Street, 26 feet, more or leikut n
and in depth to said alley, 170 feet, more or less. - co F71
BEING known as No. 335 North Hanover Street, Carlisle.
BEING Parcel No. 02-20-1800-273
BEING the same premises which Alphonso Jackson, Secretary of
001Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D.C. by deed dated
March 19, 2008 and recorded March 27, 2008, Instrument Number
200809251, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland ,
County, Pennsylvania, granted and conveyed unto Calvin W. Williams, 3 181
III and Timothy F. Straub the Grantors herein. By virtue of Marisa A. k
Straub's marriage to Timothy F. Straub, said interest she may have in said
premise.
1. The above described property is owned by or reputed to be owned by Zachariah W.
Sharar who may be reached at the following address 335 N. Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA
17013.
2. The undersigned ceased furnishing labor and materials on or about 8 December
2009.
3. Labor and material was provided under a contract with the property owner to
supply labor and material for the remodel of the owner's townhouse located at the above
described address. The remodel was to include the remodel of the kitchen, living room,
bathroom, stairways and hallways, bedroom #1, bedroom #2, master bedroom, master
bedroom deck, first level porch on the side, second level porch on the side, as well as
repairs to the roofing. The total amount of material and labor furnished for the project was
$26,350.00.

4. The amount due the undersigned for said material and labor is $13,175.00
5. On or about August 6, 2009 property owner paid the undersigned a total of
$13,175.00, leaving a total due amount of $13,175.00 that is unpaid and still due.
