STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS, Robert L. Wineland, a/k/a Bob Wineland and Connie Wineland, of 1013
Chippenham Road, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, 17050 are about to execute
contemporaneously herewith a contract with Foxbuilt, Inc. of 6439 Farmcrest Lane,
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17057, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania 17057 for the
construction of a single family dwelling home on Lot 46 of Hillside Farms situate in Silver
Spring Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being designated as 1 Alexandria
Court, Silver Spring Township, Pennsylvania 17050. See Exhibit "A".
NOW, February 12, 2010, at the time of and immediately before execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Robert L. Wineland,
a/k/a Bob Wineland and Connie Wineland to commence work on the said single family
dwelling home, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the
said contract with Foxbuilt, Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar to Foxbuilt, Inc.
paid by Robert L. Wineland, a/k/a Bob Wineland and Connie Wineland, it is agreed that no
lien shall be filed against the single family dwelling home by the contractor, or any sub-
contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchases, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building,
the right to file such liens being expressly waived.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
TAX PARCEL NO: 38-07-0461-117
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of real estate situate in the Township of Silver Spring,
County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded
and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southern right of way line of Alexandria Court at the
northernmost corner of Lot 47 of the hereinafter mentioned Final Subdivision Plan;
THENCE along the northwestern line of Lot 47, South 51 degrees 27 minutes 47
seconds West, a distance of 624.41 feet to a point on the eastern right of way line of
Harpers Ferry Way; THENCE along the eastern right of way line of Harpers Ferry Way,
North 12 degrees 53 minutes 05 seconds East, a distance of 544.87 feet to a point;
THENCE along the same by a curve to the left having a radius of 525 feet, an arc
distance of 89.38 feet to a point; THENCE along the same by a curve to the right
having a radius of 20.00 feet, an arc length of 31.38 feet to a point on the southern
right of way line of Alexandria Court; THENCE along the same by a curve to the right
having a radius of 200.00 feet, an arc length of 140.87 feet to a point; THENCE along
the same South 46 degrees 40 minutes 05 seconds East, a distance of 284.11 feet to a
point at the northernmost corner of Lot 47 of the hereinafter mentioned Final
Subdivision Plan, the point and place of BEGINNING.
