ORDER
AND NOW, this ~~y of
2010, after due
consideration of the Petition for Reformation of Trust filed in the above-captioned matter along
with the attached Exhibits, it is hereby ORDERED that the Trust established under the Last Will
and Testament of Mary Kay Quenzler shall be reformed by the addition of the following
language: "All the rest, residue and remainder of my property and estate, both real and personal,
of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, of which I die seized or possessed, I give, devise
and bequeath unto the Mary Kay Quenzler Special Needs Trust and my trustee, Dauphin Deposit
Trust Company, now M&T Bank, in trust in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth
in an instrument known as the "Mary Kay Quenzler Special Needs Trust" incorporated herein by
reference."
It is further ORDERED that the trustee of the Mary Kay Quenzler Special Needs Trust
shall be the ARC Community Trust of Pennsylvania, anon-profit corporation.
It is further ORDERED that the real estate shall be sold and the proceeds after expenses
shall be deposited into the Mary Kay Quenzler Special Needs Trust.
