JUDGMENT NOTE
Amount: $1,145.56 Date: November 15. 2007
For value received, We, Misty Rhinehart and Jolene Rhinehart, promise to pay to the order
of Darwin and Carolyn Martin, the sum of $1,145.56, without offset, as more fully set forth in the
Settlement Agreement executed by the parties on November 8, 2007, as follows: by making an initial
payment of $50.00 and by making $50.00 monthly payments thereafter on or before the first day of
every month from the date herein beginning December 1, 2007 until the total sum of $1,145.56 plus
interest from the date of judgment at six percent (6%) per annum and costs of suit are paid in full.
And further, We, Misty Rhinehart and Jolene Rhinehart, do hereby waive and dispense with
the benefit of any law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania exempting any real or personal
property from levy and sale on execution. And further do empower the Prothonotary or any Attorney
of any Court of Record in Pennsylvania to appear for them and confess judgment against us in favor
of Plaintiffs for the above sum, with costs of suit and release of all errors and without stay of
execution.
And further, We, Misty Rhinehart and Jolene Rhinehart, do agree that should a writ of
execution be issued on a judgment entered on this note, that all their real estate may be sold on the
same without inquisition and condemnation being held or any other writ from the court for that
purpose; and We, Misty Rhinehart and Jolene Rhinehart, do agree in case of default of payment at
maturity to pay an additional fifteen perfect (15%) for attorney fees in the collection of this note.
