AND NOW, this 23`d day of February, 2010, comes Thomas J. Brink, by and through his
attorney, Michelle L. Sommer, Esquire of Abom & Kutulakis, L.L.P., and respectfully petitions this
Honorable Court to withdraw the appearance of the party in the above captioned matter, and in
support thereof avers the following:
1. A Petition for Appointment of Guardian and Notice was filed on behalf of Matthew
Brink by his parents, Lisa A. Brink and Thomas S. Brink, through their attorney, Karl E.
Rominger on December 28, 2009.
2. Undersigned Counsel entered a Praecipe for Entry of Appearance on behalf of Thomas
J. Brink, an interested party, Brother of Matthew Brink, in the above captioned action on
February 5, 2009.
3. Undersigned Counsel and Thomas J. Brink respectfully request to withdraw the
Entrance of Appearance that was filed on February 5, 2009.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that this Honorable Court grant our request to be removed
from the Hearing that is currently scheduled for Friday, February 26, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. before this
Honorable Court.
