To the Clerk of the Orphan's Court Division:
Index and make proper entry in your official records of the claim of Gerald P. Jones and
Marjorie L. Jones, in the amount of Sixty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($68,500.00),
against the Estate of the above named decedent. This claim is filed under Section 3532(b)(2)
PEF Code, 20 Pa.C.S. § 3532(b)(2).
The basis for the claim is a Mortgage secured by the property known and numbered as 1
Stoney Knoll Lane, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and a Note signed by the Decedent on October 31,
2008 for which the Decedent was jointly and severally liable.
The said decedent, whose last known residence was at 595 Greason Road, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania died on December 26, 2008.
Written notice of this claim was given to George Douglas, Esquire, Attorney for the
Estate of Larry Vern Neidlinger on February 2, 2010.
