Please be advised that this Will was probated for purposes of following through with a personal injury claim instituted by the Decedent prior to the Decedent's date of death. The lawsuit is currently pending in the Cuyahoga County (Ohio) Court of Common Pleas, Case No. 376610. To date the claim has not been resolved. Therefore, it is unknown when the administration of the Estate will be completed. For your reference, we enclose a copy of Pa. O.C. Rule 6.12 Status Report that we filed in the Cumberland County Register of Wills Office on October 26, 2009. We anticipate moving as expeditiously as possible. However, we will not be able to file a Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax Return within the time mandate as set forth in your letter.
