PRELIMINARY DECREE
AND NOW, this 26~' day of February, 2010, upon consideration of the Petition To
Modify Revocable Trust Pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S.A. §5536, the following is hereby
ordered and decreed:
1. A Citation shall be issued to Hershey Trust Company and to
all other interested persons and entities to show cause why the said
Petition To Modify should not be granted.
2. A hearing on the Petition is scheduled for Wednesday, April
28, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., in Courtroom No. 1, Cumberland County
Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
3. Petitioner shall cause to be served the said Petition and this
Preliminary Decree at least twenty days prior ~to the court hearing.
An affidavit of service shall be filed before the hearing or offered as
an exhibit at the beginning of the hearing.
