attached Petition, it is Ordered as follows:
1. Rule is issued upon Edna May Gnall and Laurie Gnall, being all of
the intestate heirs of the Decedent other than Petitioner,to show cause why the Petitioner
is not entitled to the relief requested;
2. If either, or both, of the intestate heirs, wish to oppose Petitioner's Petition,
they shall file an Answer to the Petition within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order;
and
3. If an Answer is filed by either or both Respondents opposing the granting
of relief, a Hearing shall be scheduled on Motion of any party.
