COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff is The Patapsco Bank, a Maryland Corporation with
an office at 2028 E. Joppa Road, Baltimore, Maryland, 21234.
2. Jeffrey A. Goss, the defendant, is an adult individual, with
an address at 12 Big Horn Avenue, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
3. Defendant applied for loan from Plaintiff pursuant to the
Application dated March 2, 2005 a copy of which is attached
hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made part hereof. The social
security number has been redacted to protect the privacy of
the Defendant.
4. Defendant's delinquent balance on the account is $9,035.60.
5. Because of Defendant's failure to make monthly payments and
in accordance with the Contract, a copy of which is attached
hereto, marked Exhibit "B" and made part hereof,
Defendant owes an attorney commission of $1355.34 for a
total of $10,390.94.
6. Defendant has failed and refused to bring this account
current.
7. Defendant is not a member of the Armed Forces of the United
States of America, nor engaged in any way which would bring
him within the Soldiers and Sailors Relief Act of 1940, as
amended.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests entry of judgment against
Defendant in the amount of $10,390.94 together with costs of suit
thereon.
