Guardianship Services, Guardian of Virginia M. Taylor, an
Incapacitated Person, and pursuant to an agreement reached
between counsel for the Objector in the person of Stephen R.
Gibble, Esquire, and counsel for the Guardian in the person of
David H. Stone, Esquire, the account is not confirmed at this
time, and the Register of Wills is directed to re-advertise and
relist this matter for confirmation at the next following account
confirmation proceedings subject to the payment of any additional
fees required by the Register.
