AND NOW, this 3rd day of March, 2010, upon consideration of Keystone
Guardianship Services' Petition to Invade Principal, and pursuant to the Court's
ongoing duty to oversee the guardianship of Sven O. Jensen,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERD AND DIRECTED that Keystone Guardianship
Services shall file with the Court on or before April 1, 2010, an explanation of
how the rate for guardianship services was established at $1,000.00 per month,
and a monthly statement of the services provided to the person and estate of
Sven O. Jensen together with the amount of time required to provide such
services for the months of October, November, December 2009, and January,
February 2010.
