the Estate of Geraldine E. McCauslin, deceased, funds due from the said estate as set forth in the
First and Final Account.
WHEREFORE, we do, by these presents, remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge the
said, J. Richard King, her assign Executor, of the duties of the trust imposed and from all actions,
suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever for or by reason thereof.
