1. The Disclaimant is the father of David A. Gutshall, who died intestate on January
2, 2010, a domiciliary of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Pursuant to 20 Pa.C..S.A. §6201 et. seg., the Disclaimant hereby irrevocably
disclaims any and all interest in the intestate estate of David A. Gutshall, Deceased (the
"Disclaimed Property").
3. The Disclaimant warrants he has:
A. Never exercised any power over the Disclaimed Property; and,
B. Not received, and is not to receive, from any person or persons whose
interest is to be accelerated or increased (or, from any other person or persons) any
consideration in money or money's worth for making this Disclaimer.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound hereby, and intending this
Disclaimer to be filed of record with the Office of the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division of the
Court of Common Pleas for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and delivered to Michelle M.
Gutshall, Administratrix of the Estate of David A. Gutshall, Deceased, the Disclaimant hereunto has
