AND NOW, this 8~' day of March, 2010, upon consideration of the filing of the original Last Will
and Testament and Codicil of William R. Kennedy, the hearing to admit photocopies of the Last Will
and Testament and Codicil scheduled for March 19, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. is cancelled.
IT IS DECREED that the instruments dated April 1, 2002 and November 14, 2008 are admitted
to probate as The Last Will and Testament and Codicil of William R. Kennedy, deceased.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary are hereby issued to Wayne F. Shade.
Wayne F. Shade shall have all the rights and fiduciary duties under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall
proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
