McLAUGHLIN and my beloved daughter MELISSA A. HUMER, per stirpes. IV. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my wife DOROTHY F. McLAUGHLIN as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event she shall for any reason fail to qualify, or having qualified shall cease to act as Executrix hereof, then I nominate, constitute and appoint my son DENNIS A. McLAUGHLIN and daughter-in-law MELISSA McLAUGHLIN as Alternate Co-Executors of this my Last Will and Testament in her place and stead.
