is hereby ORDERED and DECREED that a citation is awarded directed to Garnet J. Mackling, to
show cause why she should not be adjudged a totally incapacitated person and a plenary guardian
of her person and estate appointed; the hearing therein to be held in Court Room No. y ,~ cZ ~
Cumberland County Courthouse, 1 Courthouse Square, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, on L~~Q,u~, i

At least twenty days' notice of the hearing shall be given to Garnet J. Mackling, the alleged
incapacitated person, by personal service of the citation, a copy of the petition and written notice in
conformity with 20 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 5511 and by service of notice upon Katherine Davis, Harold
Fansler, Roy Fansler, and June Sheffield, the alleged incapacitated person's intestate heirs,
personally or by registered mail.
