Claimant files this Mechanic's Lien Claim as contractor. 2. The owners of the property subject to the Lien are Carl Peter Carlucci and Patricia Sharon Carlucci (hereinafter "Carlucci"), with a residence at 1105 Fleetwood Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013-3513, Cumberland County. 3. The last date on which RockSolid performed work for which this claim is made was September 15, 2009. The kind, character, labor, material and services furnished by RockSolid for which it has not been paid is attached hereto. 5. The amount claimed to be due is $9,052.02, plus interest at the legal rate from September 15, 2009 forward. The last day of work is as stated in paragraph 3 of the claim. An invoice, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto marked for identification as Exhibit "B" is incorporated herein by reference. 6. The improvements and the property claimed to be subject to this Lien is the property owned by Carl Peter Carlucci and Patricia Sharon Carlucci and all of the improvements thereon located at 1105 Fleetwood Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013-3513. Said property is more fully described in Deed Book B, Volume 25, Page 865, and bears Tax Account Number 04-22-0481-224. 7.
