a. I am an authorized agent for GMAC Inc. ("GMAC"), the plaintiff in the above-
-ntitled action, employed as an Operations Manager. My duties include overseeing the treatment of the
,laims of GMAC on various cases and collection matters and monitoring accounts for lapses in payments as
well as lapses in insurance coverage. Presently, I oversee the account of which is the subject of this suit.
b. In my capacity as a Operations Manager for GMAC my duties include serving as

leir obligations. I am familiar with the manner and procedures by which the records, letters, and
iemoranda contained in GMAC's files are prepared and maintained and am able to certify the authenticityi
thereof. Those records, letters, and memoranda are prepared by agents or employees of
GMAC in
performance of their regular business duties. Those records, letters and memoranda are made e'

persons with knowledge of the matters they record or from information supplied by persons with such
knowledge. It is GMAC's regular business practice to maintain such records, letters, or memoranda in the
course of its business. Except as otherwise specifically stated in this declaration, the facts set forth herei
are based on my review of GMAC files and records concerning the customer, and if called as n

could and would be competent to testify to those facts.
