I, MILDRED L. HOCKER, of Rye Township, Perry County an~yState o~'
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do
hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
and making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made..
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after
my decease as the same can conveniently be done.
2.
I direct that there shall be paid out of my residuary estate all estate,
inheritance and like taxes together with any interest or penalty thereon imposed by
the Government of the United States, or any state or territory thereof, or by any
foreign government or political subdivision thereof, in respect to all property
required to be included in my gross estate for estate, inheritance or like tax purposes
by any of such governments, whether the property passes under this will or
otherwise.
3.
I give and bequeath the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND
($190,000.00) DOLLARS to my brother, MARYLN V. BOVVMAl~T.

I give and bequeath the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND
($190,000.00) DOLLARS to my sister, LORRAINE F. KALTREITER.
5.
I give and bequeath the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND
($140,000.00) DOLLARS to my sister-in-law, CATHERINE HAINES.
6.
I give and bequeath the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND
($140,000.00) DOLLARS to my sister-in-law, DOROTHY BOYER.
7.
I give and bequeath the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND ($50,000.00)
DOLLARS to DOROTHY M. ROCKER, widow of Ralph Rocker, the deceased
brother of my husband, John Hocker.
8.
I give and bequeath the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND ($50,000.00)
DOLLARS to MARSHA ROCKER, daughter of Ralph Hocker, the deceased
brother of my husband, John Rocker.
9.
I give and bequeath the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND ($50,000.00)
DOLLARS to DENNIS ROCKER, son of Ralph Rocker, the deceased brother of
my husband, John Rocker.
10.
I give and bequeath the sum of FORTY THOUSAND ($40,000.00)
DOLLARS to my friend, YUICHIRO OKA.
11.
In the event my brother, MARYLN V. BOWMAN, my sister, LORRAINE

F. KALTREITER, my sister-in-law, CATHERINE HAINES, or my sister-in-
law, DOROTHY BOYER, should predecease me the gift to him or her shall not
lapse,- but pass to his or her heirs per stirpes.
12.
In the event YUICHIRO OKA, MARSHA ROCKER, DENNIS
ROCKER or DOROTHY M. ROCKER should predecease me, the gift to him or
her shall lapse and fall into the residue of my estate.
13.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed
shall be converted to cash by my personal representative. I give and bequeath the
net residue after payment of all debts, expenses and specific bequests as follows:
a.) Ten (10%) percent to MARYSVILLE MBULANCE
ASSOCIATION;
b.) Ten (10%) percent to MARYSVILLE FIRE COMPANY;
c.) Ten (10%) percent to MARYSVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY;
d.) Ten (10%) percent to SALVATION ARMY;
e.) Ten (10%) percent to BIG BROTHER AND BIG SISTERS
OF THE CAPITAL REGION;
f.) Twenty (20%) percent to AMERICAN DIABETES
ASSOCIATION, 2040 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg;
g.) Thirty (30%) percent to SHRINERS HOSPITAL FOR
CHILDREN.
14.
Lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoint my friend, RAYMOND A.
SMITH, to be Executor of this my Last Will and Testament and I further direct that

no bond or other security be required of my personal representative to guarantee
faithful performance of his duties.

understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this first codicil to my
Last Will and Testament, dated June 13, 2000,
1.
I revoke the appointmen# of Raymond A. Smith as my executor, and
nominate, constitute and appoint,DOROTHY A. TAYLOR, of Duncannon,
Pennsylvania to be the Execu#rix of my Last Will and Testament in his place
and stead and I further direct that no bond or other security be required of
my personal representative to guarantee faithful performance of her duties.
2.
All provisions of said will not specifically changed hereby shall remain
in full force and effect.
