Enclosed please fmd Pennsylvania Form REV-1500 (Inheritance Tax Return) executed in
duplicate, for the above-referenced decedent.
Daniel W. Greenbaum is filing the enclosed Form REV-1500 in his capacity as joint
owner of a single asset of the decedent (reported on Schedule F), and requests certification for
separate billing. There has been no filing for administration of the decedent's estate, and Mr.
Greenbaum is unaware of the existence or nature of any other assets the decedent may
potentially have owned. Accordingly, oval #5 on page 1 of the return ("Federal Estate Tax
Return Required") and Questions 1-4 on page 3 of the return (regarding Schedule G assets) have
been left blank.
Please stamp the enclosed copy of this letter with the date received and mail it back to
this office in the enclosed pre-addressed, pre-stamped envelope.
A check for the amount of the inheritance tax due on the asset received by Mr.
Greenbaum is also enclosed, payable to "Register of Wills, Agent." Thank you for your
attention and courtesy in this matter.
