Contractor In the Court of Common Pleas County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, Number O{r 47/t? Te n, 2O Whereas, Jeffrey S. Rojohn and Julie E. Rojohn Of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania Is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with Yingst Homes, Inc. Of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, For the erection of a story building upon a lot of land situate ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or tract of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the southern dedicated right-of-way line of Falkstone Drive, Said point being on the dividing line of Lots #493 and #496 of Highlands of Hampden Square Phase VII; THENCE by the southern dedicated right-of-way line of Falkstone Drive by a curve to the left having a radius of 175.00 feet and an arc length of 50.27 feet to a point; Thence by a curve to the right connecting the southern dedicated right-of-way line of Falkstone Drive and the southern dedicated right-of-way line of Wansford Road having a radius of 20.00 feet and an arc length of 26.98 feet to a point; Thence by the southern dedicated right-of- way line of Wansford Road South 61 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds East 135.72 feet to a point; Thence by a curve to the right connecting the southern dedicated right-of-way line of Wansford Road and the northern dedicated right- of-way line of Barnstable Road having a radius of 20.00 feet and an arc length of 37.24 feet to a point; Thence by the northern dedicated right-of-way line of Barnstable Road South 45 degrees 27 minutes 55 seconds West 100.00 feet to a point; Thence by Lot #495 of Highlands of Hampden Square, Phase V, Recorded in Plan Book 69, Page 113, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds Cumberland County North 44 degrees 32 minutes 05 seconds West 130.00 feet to a pin; Thence by line of Lot #493 North 32 degrees 04 minutes 26 seconds West 44.70 feet to a point; the place of beginning. CONTAINING 16,882 square feet. BEING Lot 496 as shown on the Final Subdivision Plan of Highlands of Hampden Square, Phase VII, recorded in the Cumberland County Office of the Recorder of Deeds Plan Book 80, Page 55 A. THE ABOVE DESCRIBED is subject to certain easements and restrictions as shown on the aforementioned subdivision plan. It is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
