publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and and all ~ _
other wills and codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid from my estate as
soon after my death as practically and conveniently may be done.
SECOND. I direct that my remains be interred within my family's burial plot in accord
with my expressed wishes.
THIRD. I authorize my personal representative to expend funds from my estate, in such
amounts as my personal representative shall consider necessary and desirable for the purchase,
erection and inscription of a suitable marker for my grave.
FOURTH. I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars to each
of my grandchildren, Eric L. Suter, Craig M. Suter, Jason K. Suter, Guy W. Suter, Kimberly
K. Stanley and Joseph C. Kandle, who survive me.
FIFTH. I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Frances H. Kandle the following
jewelry; yellow gold diamond engagement ring; platinum diamond ring; pearl necklace and
gold bracelet with the initials AA inscribed thereon.
SIXTH. I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Virginia H. Suter the following jewelry;
gold wedding ring; Nana Ayares' yellow diamond ring; gold locket with the initials AA
inscribed thereon and pearl bracelet.
SEVENTH. I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Virginia H. Suter, the cabin situate
in Ontario, Canada, including the furnishing and contents of the house and boat house and all
other personal property at the premises.
EIGHTH. I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Frances H. Kandle, the sum of Thirty
Thousand ($30,000.00) Dollars, in consideration of the above bequest to Virginia H. Suter.
NINTH. I give, devise and bequeath any and all tangible personal property owned by
me at the time of my death not specifically devises above unto my daughters, Virginia H. Suter
and Frances H. Kandle, in equal shares, per stirpes.
TENTH. I give, devise and bequeath any and all real estate owned by me at the time of
my death not specifically devised above, unto my daughters, Virginia H. Suter and Frances H.
Kandle, in equal shares, per stirpes.
ELEVENTH. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate unto my daughters, Virginia H. Suter and Frances H. Kandle, in equal shazes, per
stirpes.
TWELFTH. I direct that any and all Inheritance, Estate and Transfer taxes imposed
upon my estate passing under my will or otherwise, shall be paid out of the principal of my
residuary estate.
THIRTEENTH. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Virginia H. Suter and
Richazd A. Suter as Co-Executors of this my Last Will and Testament. I hereby relieve my
Executors from the necessity of posting security in connection with their duties, as such, in any
jurisdiction in which they may be called upon to act insofaz as I am able by law to do so. In
addition to the powers conferred by law, I authorize my Executors, in their absolute discretion,
to retain in the form received, and to sell either at public or private sale any real or personal
property owned by me at the time of my death.
FOURTEENTH. I have made, or may from time to time make, a written memorandum
expressing my desire to give certain items of personal property to specific persons. I urge my
Executor and beneficiaries to respect these wishes. Such a memorandum, if made, shall be
stored in conjunction with this Will.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this, my Last Will
and Testament, consisting of two typewritten pages this'J1 day of January, 2002.

I, Alice A. Haskett, of 770 South Hanover Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby
declare this to be the First Codicil to my Last Will dated January 3, 2002:
ITEM I: I do hereby amend my Last Will and Testament dated January 3, 2002, by
adding the following specific bequests:
1) I give and bequeath the sum of Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00) Dollars unto my
daughter, Virginia H. Suter.
ITEM II: In all other respects, I hereby ratify, confirm and republish my Last Will dated
January 3, 2002, together with First Codicil, as and for my Last Will. pp
