2• I direct that my personal representative sell any realty and/or ersonal

living. My representative is authorized a erefore, m fee simple, as I could do if
nd empowered to engage in any business in which I
may be engaged at my death, for such period of time after my death as seems e

3• I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate of whatever nature and w
herever situate to
my sister, Ruth Ann Heider, my niece, Paula M. Heider, and my niece, Lori M.
and share alike, or the survivor thereof. Malmish, share
4• I nominate and appoint Ruth Ann Heider to be the personal re resent '
to serve without bond. If she cannot or does not serve the P ative of my estate,
n I appoint Paula M. Heider and Lori
