Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania., being of sound m did and

memory, do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testa-
ment, hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid by my Executor, hereinafter named, as soon as possible
after my decease.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real, personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath to
my husband, Jay A. Dentler, providing he shall survive my death
by sixty (60) days.
THIRD: Should my husband., Jay A. Dentler, predecease me or
fail to survive my death by sixty (60) days, then I give, devise
and bequeath said residue and remainder o_f my estate to my
daughter, Cathi E. Dentler.
FOURTH: Should both my husband, Jay A. Dentler, and my
daughter, Cathi E. Dentler, predecease me or .f_ail to survive my
death by sixty (60) days, then I give, devise and bequeath said
residue and remainder of my estate as follows;
(A) One-half (1/2) of same, I give and bequeath to
my parents, Frank Stephenson. and Marie Stephenson, share and
share alike, or to the survivor.
(B) One-half (1/2) of same, I give and bequeath to my
husband's mother, E11en Dentler.
FIFTH: My personal representative shall have the following
powers in addition to those vested in him by law and by other
provisions of my TNill, applicable to all property, whether prin-
cipal or income, exercisable without court approval and effective
until actual distribution of all property:

(A) To retain any or alI of the assets of my estate,
whether real or personal, without regard to any principle of
diversification, risk or productivity.
(B) To sell at public or x~rivate sale any real or
personal property for such prices and upon such terms or
conditions as he deems proper.
(C) To compromise any claim or controversy.
(D) To exercise any option, right or privilege
granted in insurance policies or in other investments.
SIXTH: I appoint my husband, Tay A. Dentler, the Executor
of this my last Will and Testament. Should he fail to qualify
or cease to act as Executor, then I appoint my daughter,
Cathi E. Dentler, Executrix in his stead. Should both my
husband and daughter fail to qualify or cease to act as
Executor, then I appoint the Dauphin Deposit Trust Company,
of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Executor in their stead.
