COLLATERAL DESCRIPTION:
A valid first lien security interest in all accounts, accounts receivable, chattel paper, contracts, documents, equipment, fixtures, general
intangibles, instruments, inventory, rights as seller of goods, and rights to returned and repossessed goods, rights as a licensee under patents,
trade-marks, tradenames, franchises, and copyrights, and all records documents and titles pertaining to any Collateral, wherever located. The
Collateral shall include all equipment, parts, appliances, accessories, accessions, and appurtenances now or thereafter placed thereon, all of
which shall be a component part of the Collateral. This Agreement applies to all Collateral whether now owned or hereafter acquired or arising,
and the products, and cash and non-cash proceeds thereof, Including without limitation proceeds of insurance thereon.
This Financing Statement is to be recorded in the real estate records. Some or all of the collateral is located on the following described real
estate: 230 Sycamore Road, Fogelsville, Lehigh County, PA 18502.
