The Claimant is Susquehanna Automatic Sprinklers, Inc., with an address of P O Box 3489, York, Pennsylvania 17402. 2. Claimant files this Mechanics Lien as a contractor and not as a subcontractor. 3. The owner of the property located at 305 Bridge Street, New Cumberland, PA, the location where the materials and labor were furnished by Claimant is Irish Restaurants, LP, t/a Coakley's Restaurant & Pub. The labor and materials for which the debt is due were furnished by Claimant for the agreed total sum of $45,000 pursuant to written agreement/quotes dated May 22, 2009, as supplemented by agreements/quotes dated June 2, 2009, June 12, 2009, and June 18, 2009, with Irish Restaurants, LP, t/a Coakley's Restaurant & Pub. A copy of the written agreement/quotes between Claimant and owner are attached as Exhibit "A". 6. The labor and materials furnished by Claimant under these agreements/quotes consisted of the materials for and installation of a new wet-pipe automatic sprinkler system. Of the agreed upon total cost of the project in the amount of $45,000 which was invoiced by Claimant to Owner, Owner has paid Claimant the total sum of $29,000 leaving a balance due of $16,000 as of December 28, 2009, plus interest. 7.
