The enclosed civil complaint has been given to me for scheduling. In quick review
of the complaint, it does not appear to be within the jurisdiction of a magisterial district
court It is an estate claim, not filed in the name of an estate, and requests the return
of property.
The scheduling of the matter has been put on hold pending your written input on
the question of whether or not this Court has authority to hear such a case. If either or
both sides responds by writing by 31 March 2010 that there is such authority
consideration will be given to scheduling a trial. If I do not hear from either side or the
matter is found on its face not to be within this Court's authority the matter will be
dismissed without prejudice.
