NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS - PARCEL NUMBER 10-19-1606-0E&
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an action has been commenced and
is now pending in the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas, at
CP-21-MD-203-2010, on the Commonwealth's Petition for Forfeiture
against the above-described real property under the name of Glenn
E. Heisey, at 6400 Salem Park Circle, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, Parcel Number 10-19-1606-055D. The real
property was used to facilitate violations of The Controlled
Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act. The real property is
more particularly described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN parcel of land situate in Hampden Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point at the line of adjoiner between Lots
Nos. 160 and 161 of the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, which
is at lands now or formerly of E.M.E. Development Corporation;
THENCE by land now or formerly of E.M.E. Development Corporation,
North 58 degrees 29 minutes 35 seconds East 20.0 feet to a point;
THENCE by same, South 31 degrees 30 minutes 25 seconds East,
100.0 feet to a point at a monument; THENCE by same South 58
degrees 29 minutes 35 seconds West, 20.0 feet to a point; THENCE
by the line of adjoiner between Lots Nos. 160 and 161, North 31
degrees 30 minutes 25 seconds West, 100.0 feet to a point, the
Place of BEGINNING.

NOTICE OF DISCONTINUANCE
Pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 229, the
Commonwealth, by and through Matthew P. Smith, Chief Deputy District
Attorney of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, respectfully requests
that the above-captioned matter be discontinued and that any and all
previously filed Notice of Lis Pendens and Praecipe to Index Lis
Pendens be vacated.
