05/19/2010 04:09 PM -Ryan Burgett, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on May 19,
2010 at 1600 hours, he served a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the defendant, to wit:
Michael English, by making known unto Michael English, at 200 N Market Street, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055, its contents and at the same time handing to him personally the
said true and correct copy of the same. Upon serving the writ of execution, a levy was completed.
Postcard and copy of levy mailed to attorney and letter mailed to defendant on 05-20-10.
05/24/2010 On Monday, May 24, 2010, a property claim was filed by Kelly Bonilla. All parties notified by mail this
date.
06/03/2010 Reference is made to Property Claim dated May 24, 2010, entered by Kelly Sue Bonilla, Writ of Execution
No. 2010-1866 Civil Term, JMMMPC Company vs Michael P. English.
