We hereby accept and approve said First and Final Account as stated with the same force and effect as if it had been duly filed in the Office of the Register of Wills and audited in the Orphans' Court and had been adjudicated and confirmed absolutely and the amounts delivered and paid to us had been duly awarded to us; and, for and in consideration of the receipt thereof, we, the undersigned, do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and forever discharge the said Robert A. Mulle, Executor as aforesaid, of and from all liability for any reason whatsoever arising out of the settlement of the said Estate. We, the undersigned, do hereby agree to refund to the said Estate any amount which shall be necessary in the future to discharge any liabilities of the Estate of which the undersigned may hereafter receive notice, should any such liabilities be found to be due and owing, to the extent of the assets being distributed pursuant to this Estate Settlement Agreement and Release.
