On August 26, 2008, Petitioner was appointed auditor in the Estate of Lottie Ivy
Dixon (hereinafter the "estate").

By Order dated December 11, 2009, the Honorable Court in the person of the
Honorable J. Wesley Oler, Jr., J., extended the commission of the auditor through May
15, 2010.

A hearing was held on February 24, 2010.

Petitioner would request extension of his appointment in both the estate and the
trust until June 15, 2010.
