STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this ?? day of .gecN , 2010, by and
between NORMAN ELAMS, a sole proprietor, hereinafter referred to
as Contractor,
AND
Keith S. Norris and Pamela E. Norris, husband and wife, hereinafter
referred to as Owners, whereby the contractor undertook and agreed
to erected and construct a dwelling on the certain lot of ground
situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and more fully described in Exhibit
"A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof known as Lot
#13, Pheasant Lane, Carlisle, PA 17013.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGRF.'ELEiT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to
Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its, his
or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under
them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall
be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said
buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under them,
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and
maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings
or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right
of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in South Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as Lot No. 13 according
to Proposed Re-Subdivision Plan for Yorkfield, prepared by Stephen G. Fisher,
P.L.S. of Fisher, Mowery, Rosendale & Associates, Inc., dated January 27, 1999, and
recorded on June 2, 2000, in Cumberland County Plan Book 81, Page 28.
BEGINNING at a point along the western right of way line of Pheasant Lane (T-
514) at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 12 and 13 of the above referenced plan;
thence along said western right of way line, South 11 degrees 40 minutes 55 seconds
East a distance of 150.00 feet to a point at the dividing line, South 78 degrees 19
minutes 05 seconds West a distance of 300.00 feet to a point at the corner of Lots
Nos. 13, 14 and 21 of said plan; thence along the dividing line of Lot Nos. 21, South
51 degrees 45 minutes 13 seconds West a distance of 898.87 feet to a point along the
dividing line of Lot No. 13 and lands now formerly of Kimba, Inc. and Harman
Graves Company; thence along said dividing line, North 14 degrees 56 minutes 02
seconds West a distance of 450.30 feet to a point along the dividing line between Lots
Nos. 9 and 13 of said plan; thence along said dividing line, North 38 degrees 40
minutes 18 seconds East a distance of 687.69 feet to a point along the dividing line
between Lots Nos. 10 and 13 of said plan; thence along said dividing line, South 11
degrees 40 minutes 55 seconds East a distance of 36.38 feet to a point at the dividing
line of Lots Nos. 10, 11 and 13; thence along the dividing line of Lots Nos. 11 and 13,
South 11 degrees 40 minutes 55 seconds East a distance of 150.00 feet to a point at
the dividing line of Lots Nos. 12 and 13, South 11 degrees 40 minutes 55 seconds
