Clemm ("Owners") and ail that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, owned by the Owners and described as follows: 654 Sears Run Road Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 Tax PropertyMap: 10-18-1314 Parcel No: 031 for unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from October 1, 2007 to January 31, 2010. Said services were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances Chapter 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners' account with the Claimant, which sum of $1,401.10 was duly assessed against the above Owners and premises beginning October 1, 2007 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipality Authorities Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P.
