Dean Morgan, Esquire, and the Law Office of Griffith, Strickler, Lerman, Solymos & Calkins, who file this Complaint, and in support thereof aver as follows: 1. Plaintiff, Penn Stainless Products, is a duly registered Pennsylvania business with a business address of 190 Kelly Road, Quakertown, Pennsylvania 18951. 2. Defendant, Shetron Welding and Fabrication, Inc., is a duly registered Pennsylvania corporation with a business address of 85 Kutz Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17015. 3. Plaintiff sold to, and Defendant agreed to pay for, several stainless steel building supplies which are more specifically identified in the invoices which are attached hereto. A true and correct copy of the invoices are attached hereto, incorporated herein, and marked Exhibit «A„ 4. The charges for said building materials were fair and reasonable. 5. Plaintiff has demanded payment for said building supplies. 6. Defendant has refused to make payment for said building supplies. 7. The amount which is currently due and payable to Plaintiffs is Eight Thousand Nineteen and 24/100 Dollars ($8,019.24). 8. On January 8, 2009, Plaintiff filed suit against Defendant before the Honorable Judge Vivian Cohick, Magisterial District Judge. 9. On or about January 8, 2009, judgment was entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant in the amount of $8,000.00. A true and correct copy of said judgment is attached hereto, incorporated herein, and marked Exhibit "B". 10. The amount in controversy requires mandatory reference to arbitration. WHEREFORE, Penn Stainless Products demands judgment against Shetron Welding and Fabrication, Inc. for the amount of $8,019.24 plus interest, and costs of suit.
