~~jPrea~, Dorothy B. Stephan, hereinafter referred to as Decedent, late of the
Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, died
Testate on the 25`h day of July, 2009, her husband, John B. Stephan, having predeceased her on
the 12`h day of November, 1980. Decedent is survived by one Daughter, F. Hope Stephan, who
is of age and is sui juris, and
~~jerea~, the terms of Paragraph Third of Decedent's Last Will and Testament,
Decedent state, "...Should my said husband, John P. Stephan, predecease me, I give, devise and
bequeath my entire estate, both real and personal, of whatsoever kind or nature and wheresoever
situate, unto my daughter, F. Hope Stephan..." and

of her death, to-wit:

,~OYU, tFjerefure, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and
valuable considerations and intending to be legally bound hereby, the parties hereto do hereby
agree, as follows:
1. By execution, hereof, the parties, hereto, stipulate and agree as follows:
a. That the above enumerated asset items represent a complete List of Decedent's Probate
assets and that the above-stated last debts and expenses of Decedent have been paid from the
assets above-referenced.
b. That after payment of the above-stated Decedent's last debts and expenses, legal fees
and Inheritances Taxes, the remainder of said assets shall be distributed to said Decedent's
Daughter, F. Hope Stephan.

c. That the benefits due said Decedent's daughter, F. Hope Stephan, hereunder, represent
the entirety of such benefits due her on account of the death of Decedent. Accordingly, by
execution hereof, F. Hope Stephan waives and relinquishes any claim against the Estate of the
Decedent and further waives any claim against any others on account of any matter, whatsoever,
arising on account of Decedent's death.
