WHEREAS, McCoy Bros., Inc. ("Contractor") entered into a contract dated
November 27, 2001, with Saint Theresa of the Infant Jesus Parish ("Owner") to provide
materials and perform labor necessary for the erection and construction (or alteration
and repair) of an improvement consisting of Church Rectory Addition and Alterations
upon a property located at St Theresa's' Catholic Church, 1300 Bdd,qe Street, New
Cumberland, PA 17070.
It is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the parties, as part of the
November 27, 2001, contract and for the consideration therein set ~orth, that neither the
contractor, nor any subcontractor, materialman, or other person furnishing labor or
materials to the contractor under the contract shall file a mechanics' lien claim for work
done or materials furnished to the improvement or any part thereof.
This stipulation is intended to be filed with the Prothonotary of Cumberland
County prior to the commencement of work under this contract in accordance with the
requirements of the Mechanics' Lien Law of 1963, 49 P.S. § 1402.

to remove said Lien from the record as fully and effectually, to all intents and purposes, as we could were we present
in person to do so; and for doing so, this shall be sufficient warrant of authority.
