PRELIMINARY DECREE -

petition and on motion of Cumberland County Aging & Community Services , in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, through its Counsel, Anthony L. DeLuca, Esquire, it
is ORDERED AND DECREED that a Citation be awarded, directed to William J~ Hill
to show cause why Permanent Plenary Guardians of his Person and Est~.te should ~~~1 l se
appointed, and why he should not be adjudged an incapacitated person.
The alleged incapacitated person shall be given notice of the hearing on
appointment of Permanent Plenary Guardians of his Person and Estate by serving him
personally with the Citation and this Order of Court and a copy of the foregoing Petition.

alleged incapacitated person.
