I, Pearl Juliana, now domiciled in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my
Last Will. I revoke all other wills and codicils that I may have previously made.
Article I
My just debts and expenses of my last illness, funeral, and administration of my estate shall
be paid by my Executrix from the principal of my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my
death.
Article II
All inheritance, estate, and succession taxes (including interest and penalties thereon, but not
including airy generation skipping tax) payable by reason of my death shall be paid out of and be
charged generally against the principal of my residuary estate without reimbursement from any
person. This provision is not a waiver of any right which my Executrix has to claim reimbursement
for any such taxes which become payable as the result of any property over which I have the power
of appointment.
Article III

I give, devise, and bequeath all my property, real, personal, and mixed as follows:
A. Thirty three and 1/3 (33 1/3%) percent is to be distributed to my
brother, 1Vrchael Juliana, who resides in York Spring, Pennsylvania, provided he
survives me by thirty (30) days;
B. Thirty three and 1/3 (33 1/3%) percent is to be distributed to my
brother, Peter V ctor Juliana, who resides in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania,
provided he survives me by thirty (30) days; and
C. Thirty three and 1 /3 (33113%) percent is to be distributed to my sister,
Anna Rose Wilson, who resides in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, provided she survives
me by thirty (30) days. Her interest in my estate shall be held in trust under the
following terms and conditions:
1) As much of the net income and principal as my trustee
from time to time might think desirable, taking into account funds
from all other sources, shall be expended for her medical purposes and
living expenses.
2) In the event my sister is no longer married or becomes
a widow, this trust shall terminate and all the corpus and income shall
be distributed to her.
In the event any of my siblings fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, his or her share in my
estate shall be divided equally between his or her surviving children.

Article IV

No interest in income or principal shall be assignable by, or available to anyone having a claim
against a beneficiary before actual payment to the beneficiary.
Article V
I hereby appoint Patricia J. Smith as trustee of the trust created in this Will. No bond or other
security shall be required in any jurisdiction for the performance of her duties as trustee.
Article VI
I nominate, constitute and appoint Patricia J. Smith as Executrix of my Last Will and
Testament. I hereby relieve my Executrix, whether original, substitute, or successor, from the
necessity of posting security in connection with her duties as such in any jurisdiction in which she may
be called upon to act so far as I am able by law to do so. My Executrix shall receive reasonable
compensation for services rendered to my estate.
Article VII
I hereby authorize my Trustee and my Executrix:
A. To retain and to invest in all forms of real and personal property,
regardless of any limitations imposed by law on investments by executors or trnistees;
B. To compromise claims and to abandon my property which in my
Executrix's or Trustee's opinion is of little or no value;

C. To sell at public auction or private sale, or to exchange or to lease for
any period of time, any real or personal property, and to give options for sales or
leases;
D. To join in any merger, reorganization, voting trust plan, or other
concerted action of security holders, and to delegate discretionary duties with respect
thereto;
E. To borrow, and to pledge property for repayment of funds borrowed;
and
F. To distribute in cash or in kind.
These authorities shall extend to all property at any time held by my Executrix or my Trustee
and shall continue in full force until the actual distribution of all such property. All powers,
authorities, and discretion granted by this Will shall be in addition to those granted by law and shall
be exercisable without leave of court.
