To The Clerk, Cumberland County Orphans' Court Division:
In accordance with C.C.O.C.R. 6.3-1, I hereby certify that I gave written notice of the
time of presentation of the First and Final Account and Petition for Adjudication of Account filed
by F&M Trust Company, Delores M. Smithers and Lisa S. Campbell, together with a copy of
said Petition and Account and Statement of Proposed Distribution at least twenty (20) days prior
to Apri127, 2010, which is the date fixed for confirmation of said Account, which notice was
delivered by certified mail to every person known to F&M Trust Company, Delores M. Smithers
and Lisa S. Campbell, to have an interest in the Estate of Dean Smithers as beneficiary, creditor,
heir or next of kin. The name and address of each such person or entity are set forth on Exhibit
"A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
