Please be advised that CCNB Bank, N.A. now PNC Bank, N.A, through acquisition dated
October 23, 1992 was appointed as Executor of the above named decedent's estate.
It was recently brought to our attention that the decedent has unclaimed property being held at
the Commonwealth of PA, Treasury Department. In order to file a claim for this property the
Commonwealth requires a Short Certificate dated within two years.
Please consider this letter as your authority to issue a current Short Certificate so that PNC Bank
may proceed with the claim of these funds.
