FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, my funeral expenses and the expenses of my ast illness be paid by my Executor hereinafter named, as soon after my death as is convenient; SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mined, of whatever kind and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my sister, A. Louise McGarvey. In the event that my sister dies before I do, then I give, devise and bequeath my said estate to my nephew, Carl S. McGarvey. LASTLY: I nominate, constitute and appoint my nephew, Carl S.
