EPPLER, of Bethany Village, 7 _• Cumberland County, Pennsyl ate, being of -~ •i ~.~ sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding make and publish this writing to be my4~st Will and hereby revoke and make void any and all former Wills or Codicils made by me at any time prior hereto. ITEM I: I direct the payment out of my estate of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as convenient. ITEM II: I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, both real and personal of whatsoever nature and wheresoever the same maybe situated at the time of my death to my brother, RICHARD EUGENE ROWAN, if he should survive me by more than thirty (30) days. ITEM III: In the event that my brother, RICHARD EUGENE ROWAN, shall predecease me or die before the 30`'' day, then, in that event, I specifically devise the real and personal property which I may own at the time of my death, in as nearly equal shares as practical, to my niece, DONNA L.
